1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the bed3999 platform, form the complete and exclusive legal agreement between you and bed3999. All of the above documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and should be read as a single, unified agreement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bed3999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in BDT; no currency conversion is applied.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bed3999 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile banking provider.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 24 hours to reflect, subject to your card issuer's processing times.
• bed3999 does not apply processing fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own charges, for which bed3999 is not responsible.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during peak periods may take up to 24 hours.
• bed3999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding specified thresholds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Account Closure by Player

You may close your bed3999 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Account Closure by bed3999

bed3999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The player has provided false information or failed to complete mandatory verification.

Severability
